This is one of those critical points in today's society, and one I need everyone's mind in here to come up suggestions. I am pretty much stumped. Imagine my frustration, a trainer that cannot get a client to loose weight. And that individual is on a very calorie restricted diet, and exercises really hard multiple times a week, but really has almost no success at weight loss.
I know some individuals who have asthma and allergy's, and the problem is, the asthma controller medication they are on, I just found out (Advair) causes people to gain weight, and it's extremely tuff for individuals to loose weight while using Advair. I've done searches online, come up with tons of information about people putting weight on with the medication, but nothing to suggest what people can take or do to be successful at weight loss.
I'd love to hear if any of you take asthma meds? which ones? If they are successful as a controller?
And I need some ideas on how I can make this person successful at weight loss. Whether different drugs, or something to counteract the sides of Advair. She is a Female, Early 30's, good health, no other conditions or issues.
