I weigh 197 lbs and want to get too at least 165-170 by spring. I've cut diet to 1600-1700 cal/day and cardio 3/4 times each week. Does this seem realistic as I am new to this??
Like I said I'm new to getting into shape but started push-ups, sit-ups, squats and running/jogging. Once I get down some weight I'd like to begin lifting. Just need good input please
ok, I think that the fact that you are just starting and doing what you are doing will help, you are on the right track but to get more help, I would start a log and post your meals and workouts so that we can see exactly what you are doing. That will help us to help you
