need help with my first hgh cycle!!!!

hey guys im new to hgh so i need a bit of help. Iv done a little reserch but probably need to do a lot more. Im thinking of starting a cycle in the next month after iv worked all the details out. My goals are to increase muscle mass and to compete next year. Here we go...

Stats

Age: 26
Height: 5"7'
Weight: 185lbs
Diet: In check (post if needed)
Training: 5 days heavy good form
Cycle History: 1 cycle only. 500mg a week Sus 12 weeks, proper PCT

Proposed cycle

6IU a day Monday-Friday for 12 months

I hope thats not to rough. Please let me know any adjustments or questions you have.

There's not real proper way to run GH. Gotta find what works for you, what dose, and how often. Looks good at 6IU's.

6ius is a big starting dose for real GH.

im ramping up to 6iu's, starting with 2iu then 4iu then after about 12 weeks going strong on 6iu's. Is there any other way you would run it?

Also what are ur guys thoughts on running hgh 5 days on 2 days off as iv heard a lot... or is it better to run it 7 days straight?

Dr, It's a pretty generalized question your asking.
Certainly there are many protocols and your likely to get many opinions. Here's what I recommend for your situation:

Assuming the GH you get is legit/potent. Go with 2iu the first few weeks to assess how you feel (most will notice some tingling or slight stiff sensation in the fingers). I suggest doing your 2iu upon first waking in the early morning.
From there you can go up to 4iu. Many ways to do it, but I recommend 2iu in the am upon rising, and 2iu post workout.
Run it there for several weeks and see how your feeling. At that point you ought to have a good sense of how your body is handling GH and you can decide if you want to bump it up to 6iu. Split that into two shots a day if/when you get there (just like the 4iu).

Also, I didn't see you mention running anything with the GH. But to enjoy greater effectiveness you'll want to run at least 300mg week of test along with it.
It isn't liekly that even with 6iu GH each day alone, that you would gain any significant muscle. That will burn a good amount of fat though. But 4-6iu along with a minimum 300 week test, sufficient eating and training -- you can make some good gains. Given you've only ran one mild cycle, your body will very likely respond well.

Whether to run GH 5 on/2 off comes down to money. If you can afford to run it 7 days then that is the best way to use it.
Also, you'll just begin to be enjoying the real benefits of GH at 12 weeks use, so I would rather see you doing a minimum of 6 months on it.

Well I will be running GH for the first time as I start my PCT next week. After many hours of reading and discussion with others. This is what I will be doing. First let me say I using 100mcg of GHRP-2 and Mod GRF(1-29) upon waking, PWO, and prebed. So this end up to be dosing twice a day on a non training day and 3 times on training day. Each dose of peptide can be equal to about 5IU of your bodies own natural GH. So with this dosing schedule I'm getting the added benifiet of 10-15iu of GH in a pulsation fashion each day.

I will be adding in 2iu of RIPS here 1-2 time a day 10min after my peptide dose. So this will end up 10IU of GH a week. Since the body like to see pulses of GH and does not desentize with pulses this is the reason to only use 2IU of GH along with the peptides. The body will see it as one large pulse and will not shut doen your natural GH production.
