This will be my first AAS cycle. I have done 3 cycles of PH/DS.
I have been training on and off for 10 years, I am 40 years old.
Stats: 5'7" 170lbs, diet is 2500-3000 calories per day.
I see, well thats a better age and experience level, at least you waited til a decent age to start using.
I like test only for first cycles, 500 mg/ week....you will find that its much different that PH's and a bit more productive in its own ways.
Your caloric breakdown, whats the macros looking like protein, fats, and carbs?
