Hi all, I am NAMNAM. I'm from Ireland. Sorry about my post yesterday; Guess I should have read the rules :). I have been training for 20 years or more. I have competed in many sports over the years i.e. athletics, martial arts, cycling etc. I focus mainly on weight training nowadays and cardio, walking, spinning rowing etc. As a man over sixty I find weight training is very beneficial. As we age we lose muscle and Testosterone levels drop, it is more important to build and keep as much muscle as possible to maintain good health, both physical and mental. Weight training has helped me to do this. I am considering getting more into body building and I'm here to learn how best to do this. I look forward to talking with other members in the future.
