Myelin is formed on Axons whenever we practice a skill. For every hour of practice, it has been said that 1 wrap of myelin forms on the Axon. What if a person stops working on or stops practicing the skill? Will the Myelin go away?

Thanks.

Myelin is a sheath that surrounds the axon basically insulating it which allows the signal to travel fast. It doesn't form when you perform a task.
