My "Test Might Be Kicking In" Chest Day

I'm in my 3rd week of test e (400mg) and last week I felt a little lift in stregth but today it went through the roof. I thought I'd start with some DB Incline Flyes, rack run style...

DB Incline Flyes (Rack Run)
30, 35, 40, 45 x 12 warmup sets
50 x 12
55 x 12
60 x 12
65 x 12
70 x 12
75 x 12
80 x 12
85 x 12
90 x 12
100 x 8
90 x 12
85 x 10
75 x 12
65 x 18
--Rest was limited to switching out the bells

BB Flat Bench
205 x 8
255 x 8
275 x 8
300 x 5
310 x 5
295 x 7
--After all the flyes these shocked me

Cypex Seated Chest Press
330 x 15 (pinned a quarter onto the stack)
320 x 9
300 x 8

Cable Crossovers
90 x 15
90 x 12
90 x 10

This was at noon... took about 65 minutes... and just to top things off I went back tonight and hit the biceps for 12 sets. :).

I'm looking forward to the rest of the week :D

Legs next for sure. I never work upper body 2 days in a row. I'm a volume junkie but recovery is king.

Always pushing... :)

When I can do them deep enough and for enough reps I'll put 4 plates on again. Who knows I may go up into the high 3s with for some 4-6 rep work too.

i know you've mentioned it before but is this your first cycle?
if you're noticing strength gains 3 weeks in then you're in for one helluva ride bro!

damn bro that Test is banging! Keep up the good work bro! I remember my first cycle of test and dbol. I was a newbie. I gained 30 lbs with some water but man I swore I was THOR ! lol . Just remember bro to REST EATs lots and give your body time to grow. oh and Did I mention eat !!!!

Thats alot of work bro, seems a bit over-train, if thats all in 1 day.
