my struggles and daily life...

Ok so I'm starting my log...today I went in for a bonus arms day to get out some stress...usually weekends are my off days. I just started on my cycle of 400 tren e 400 masteron e, and 1 gram test e weekly. Also 80 mg var daily. Upper my calorie intake to around 6000 clean. Loading up on my crabs and protein...see where this goes. Tomorrow is my day off so I'll b posting Monday routine...

O starting off at 195 5'10" and around 11% bf...so wanting to gain all lean mass

Glad to see you decided to start a journal, but if its gonna be about the lice in your pubes I don't think I'm gonna subscribe lol... Nah just kidding, I'll subscribe to read about your crabs!!!
