My shoulder repair pics

Surgeon said this was destroyed for years and the sled crash was like pulling the wheel chock from a revved up jet engine the last little bit tore completely
Right bicep tendon was torn as well but I re-tore it the second day after surgery but I think it will heal he said it had been torn for years I have pics of the tear I will post up.
Clavicle broken/cracked and collar bone broken as well...........what do you do stay home on the couch?

Ouch, that's a doozy man. Glad you are on your road to recovery.....albeit a long road lol, but take your time man. Heal well and heal right.

Only stuff left untouched are between navel and pecs lol everything else (yes that as well) have been under the knife for one thing or another......
