My off season bulk diet

Hi all this is my off season bulk diet.
I love eat. I eat a lot. It's easy for me to eat. I'mix the bigger and stronger of my gym.

Train 4 days week. Train hard very hard.
Monday: chest biceps and a little triceps and shoulders
Thuesday: legs calves
Wednesday: off day. Eat and sleeping
Thursday: shoulders traps and triceps
Friday: back and a little chest and biceps
Saturday and sunday: off days. Eat and sleeping

Meal 1 : 6h00:
60 gr protein powder + 50 gr oats powder + milk in the blender
(On days off i have more times to eat and to digest so i add in the blender ice cream yogurt and banana)
2 cups of cheerios with milk
Total 1 liter of milk
1 glass of fruit juice 200ml
2 bread toats with blueberry jam
2 pancakes with maple syrup
5 gr glutamin
5 gr creatin

Meal 2: 9h00:
60 gr protein powder + 250 ml of milk
1 apple
200 ml fruit juice
2 yogurts
2 céréals bars
100gr rice (add to my rice chicken, tuna, cheese, tomato, red beans...all i like)

Meal 3: 12h00:
4 yogurts (500 gr)
50 gr peanut butter
200 ml fruit juice
Bread
500 ml of milk
300 gr rice (with all i like in)
5 gr glutamin
5 gr creatin

Meal 4: 15h00:
Same as meal 2

Meal 5: 18h00:
60 gr protein powder +250 ml of milk
200 ml fruit juice

18h30-19h00: training
During training 50 gr vitargo

After training:
60 gr protein powder +500 ml of milk
10 amino tablets
200 ml fruit juice
1 banana
2 rice cracker with honey
10 gr glutamin
10 gr creatin

Meal 6: 21h00:
300 gr rice
250 gr minimum chicken, fish, tuna, beef steaks...or eggs and bacon (what i want)
Bread
Vegetables

I don't know if it's a good diet but this is really good for me.

Some of your meals are almost completely devoid of fat. Is that on purpose?

Looks like you would be under 10% of cals from fats? What are your caloric and macro goals?

I have some olive oil in my rice or in my shaker but i have not detail exactly. This is an exemple a base but i eat more this is just the minimum to be sure to have all nutriments i need to Growth. On days off this is days off for my job too so i eat more and go to the chinese restaurant and eat all i want in big quantity for example. At home i change some protein shaker for 8 eggs and 10 bacon.

Sometimes on meal 6 i eat 1kg white cheese (cottage cheese i think) with 2 or 3 potatoes.
Sometimes before bed i have a shaker like in the morning meal 1.
And i can eat banana, chocolate, ice cream, donuts between my meals.

I Cook all my rice with olive oil and soja salce and add soja beans beef meat oignons chicken eggs brocoli...

I am not sure the purpose of your post then. Sounds like you just eat a random combinations of fats, carbs and protein and call it a "diet". Congratulations.....I guess.

The real question here is, how many calories is this and what is the macro break down? I think Mac was eluding to that.

My bulks are almost as strict as my cutting diet. I don't need to be consuming a ton of crap that isn't going to benefit me. That just makes me fatter without the benefits. There is a threshold in which we experience much greater diminishing returns on our energy consumption.

I like eat i eat a lot everyday. I never do a cutting diet. I don't need to have abs it's not a necessity for me. I like to be big very big and strong. Big quads big shoulders traps and back. And i have no lots of fat. Because i have a hard job and a hard training. Very hard training. And all of that consume lots of calories. And sometimes i do strongman contest.

This is what i like.

IMO this last sentence says it ALL,,,,,,,lol
So basically you eat whatever you want whenever you want and plan on getting really FAT, I also would take another look at my training routine but you say all this is working well for YOU so I say good luck and enjoy the ice cream and donuts and the 3 days off from training per week:p
