My Meal Replacement

So I was walking around in the kitchen, looking for a quick way to get some carbs. I started randomly grabbing shit and putting it in the blender, end up with a pretty damn good shake!

1c oats (cooked already)
2c cottage cheese
3tbsp honey
2 bananas
2 scoops whey

End up with 5 cups blended for a total of 1646calories with 240g carbs, 33g fat, 115g protein. poured up 2 cups and saved the rest for late, end up being a kick ass meal replacement smoothie/shake!! Got kinda excited about this one so I thought I would share, LMAO

looks tasty to me. you blend that up with milk or water? i would have gone with milk myself
