I wouldn't want your daughter to out lift me, she looks like a beast in the making, lol
Its cool to see here take an interest. He flexibility and core strength is so good from 10 years of ballet it is shocking. I really want her to learn (properly) how to oly lift. My banged up a$$ cant even manage a front squat. And snatches even with very light weight, kill my shoulders.
After COVID calms down, I am going to search out a place where I can find some good help for her to go to in order to really start to understand beyond the basic cues I am giving her.
In general I dont like Crossfit, but one of the good things that has come is it has given women an outlet. And along with it's popularity, there are a ton of role models to look up to. (al long as they are not taking test
) That last comment is strictly in relation to my daughter. What others choose is there own business.
