I see most women in the gym spending 99% of their time in the gym doing one silly glute exercises, one after another. The result.....they start looking like a freak. The whole body starts looking out of balance. No shoulders, no back, no chest, skinny arms. This is the equivalent to guys who do have bicep day every day and look like the rode in on a chicken. Train the whole body hard and you don't have to look deformed.
