Here is a video of my buddy (Lonnie Fehr) breaking the Amateur World record on Log in 2009. He benches 600lbs. This is older, he is way bigger than this now. we had a little strong man comp at the gym I used to go to, he benched his weight 325, 31 times in 2 min.
