Hi guys!
I have been working out for a year or so (19 year old male) and have noticed that my right pec is alot more smaller and less defined then my left pec. My left pec is more '3D' especially under and the side of the pec, it also has alot more definition. I have started using dumbbells and cables to isolate the right pec and make it grow however little to no difference is happening. Also I am right arm dominant, and my left triceps is more stronger then my right. Somone please help me out.
