Apparently these guys are saying they can analyze your DNA and tell you certain things such as how many times a week you should be training a body part, how much volume you should ideally be doing, strength/endurance potential, and the best time (morning/evening) you should train..
I found it interesting, not sure if it's for real or just a gimmick.. $250 price tag on this monkey..
