Not entirely new, I had some short IR wraps for awhile, upgraded last? Year to some longer better ones.
Really I hate wearing them, so I only put them on when I have to.

The weights felt light today, which is amazing because I feel like s!$t, my training partner has pulled some groin or hammy and it sucks when he can't lift :..( and I still was walking like a toddler today from the stiff legged deads sat.

Great squatterday Mrs mass and congratulations on the pr!! Sometimes I barely make it under the bar but once you're there you crush it, other days Im pumped all day and can't wait to hit the iron but fail horribly. Enjoy the PR and hope you kick that cold.

Felt horrible the whole time I have no idea how I made it but whatever, I ground through it.
It seems to be Slow progress/rebound on incline after missed workouts so I'll take it

Hope you're feeling better. Good training in spite of feeling crappy. Wonder if you might be fighting off a bug? How's sleep been?
