Walk 30 minutes
Ummmm...Jog & walk for however long the two "show-offs" do their sprints...HeHeHe...I shall sprint someday...
Walk 15 minutes to cool down from jogging & yelling at the boy child on his bike trying to run everyone over...

OYFG...I AM DEAD...I HURT...OWIE...OWIE...OWIE...Okay, the squat & dead was light and almost comical...

HOWEVER...GAWWWDDDDDDDD....The clean & press was NOT so hysterical...I FREAKING HURT...I cannot believe I lifted 75 lbs...Like OVER my HEAD and like FIVE TIMES... ROFLMFAO....

All went GREAT. Had trouble on my C&P. Wrist was weak from a break years ago and I felt it enough to make it feel like it was falling backwards toward my arm. It probably wasn't in reality, but it felt like it was to me. I had to walk away and redo it twice, but I got them all. Deadlifts were easier this time than they were on my last Workout B. WOW, guess this s**t really DOES work, eh?!?! TeeHee...

.V. & I walked a little over an hour...It got too dark to do any sprints or running...There is some light where we run, but just not enough...

VERY VERY happy about today's workout. Can't believe I am at the numbers I am at, but I am...

.V. is tired of hearing me complain (I think) so he made me do 1 rep at 105 lbs (Bench) then 1 rep at 110 lbs (Bench). I did them both but I don't know how...

Lat pulls kinda bothered me, but not too bad. The bar is hard for me to grasp because I think I have arthritis. My joints in both hands hurt so much a majority of the time. Along with other joints like my knees and such. I improved from my last "heavy" day, so not much to complain about there...

My dead's are coming along better this time around than EVER...I am NOT having to use my change up grip yet and last time I had to start changing up at 120 lbs, so this is GOOD...

Ok, I know this is a "light" workout...But I swear to something that I am gonna KILL myself doing a C&P yet...Between C&P and Squats, I do NOT know which one is my BIGGEST challenge at this point...

I will be repeating the 85 lb C&P on my next "light" day because it took a LOT out of me to get these...I did them, but they kicked my ass...I think at one point I even told .V. that I hated him... Ok, I really DON'T hate him, but at THAT precise moment...I DID...

Dead's were NO problem...
C&P kicked my ass again, but NOWHERE near what they did last week...They actually went up MUCH better...1st rep was like lifting just the bar...2nd rep was a tad heavier, but not, 3rd rep was a mis step but I still locked out, 4th rep went up but was a struggle...5th rep went to chest and right back down...Lol...It's ok, I will get ALL 5 reps next week...

Well, I just went back and looked over my journal...I have now either HIT OR PASSED ALL OF MY MAX REPS from post #53...No wonder I am hitting walls every time I turn around......But at least I am PASSING those said walls...TAKE THAT YA STUPID WALL......I shall BEAT YOU...

Okay, WTH??? Today was an AWESOME workout...OYG, was it EVER...I felt like NOTHING could bring me down...

As for my bench, I am going to repeat it again next Workout A, simply because it wasn't the "prettiest" presses one could have...Lol...But each & every one went up without fail...

Squats seemed like nothing to me, even at the 105 lbs...WOW, it really felt good today...YAY ME...At this point, I am wondering just exactly how far I am going to be able to take this...

Took a walk with .V. for an hour...Fast pace but nothing to brag about...Lol...LOVE taking those walks and holding hands & catching up on anything & everything...We even managed to get to "yell" at the boy child every 15 minutes on our way around the track each time because he was being WAY TOO needy with his homework...HeHeHe...

OH GAWD, This workout...WHAT A NIGHTMARE...

Twisted my left knee out last workout getting to the bench to press...Didn't realize just HOW bad it was til the next day (Friday) when I couldn't walk...Sat on the couch with a pillow under it and a heating pad on and off all day...I should buy stock in Ibuprofen at this point...Saturday I hobbled on it & for the most part of Sunday it was ok ISH...UNTILLLLLL...I started my squats...Ugh....So much for that idea...I tried twice and couldn't even break parallel...

Deads were GREAT, with a little OWIE to the knee but I did them.

C&P was also a nightmare...Tried 1st set as C&P, which turned into military presses for my last 2 reps...2nd & 3rd sets were standing military presses...4th set was sitting military press (got up from bench and knee popped BACK into place)...5th set was regular C&P but was VERY VERY ugly...Got ALL FIVE reps at my 85lbs, but they were NOT attractive at ALL...Don't know if .V. is going to make me redo 85lbs next workout B or if he wants me to reset yet...

Had to skip the squats again...My knee won't allow me to go beyond parallel...And I am PISSED about it too......Never once did I ever imagine that squats would matter to me...WOW, I miss them...

My bench was AWESOME compared to ANY that I have done thus far...I will repeat 95 lbs ONE more time, simply because the last rep of my last set wasn't PERFECT to me...

Lat pulls will DEFINITELY be repeated...I did 5 reps on my last set, but NONE of them touched my chest...
