Workout A
5 X 5 (Heavy Squat & Bench)
Squat..............65, 75, 85, 95, 105
Bench...............60, 65, 75, 85, 95
Reverse Row(BWxF)...20, 17, 11, 10, 11
Lat Pull............60, 65, 75, 85, 95
Okay, WTH??? Today was an AWESOME workout...OYG, was it EVER...I felt like NOTHING could bring me down...
As for my bench, I am going to repeat it again next Workout A, simply because it wasn't the "prettiest" presses one could have...Lol...But each & every one went up without fail...
Squats seemed like nothing to me, even at the 105 lbs...WOW, it really felt good today...YAY ME...At this point, I am wondering just exactly how far I am going to be able to take this...

Cardio
Took a walk with .V. for an hour...Fast pace but nothing to brag about...Lol...LOVE taking those walks and holding hands & catching up on anything & everything...We even managed to get to "yell" at the boy child every 15 minutes on our way around the track each time because he was being WAY TOO needy with his homework...HeHeHe...
