That would be awesome and greatly appreciated!!Are you going to post a log or prep journal? Please consider doing so. I'd be interested in a weekly or bi-weekly that sets out your PEDs, GH, peptides, supporting supps, and diet, as well as status updates on your stats and your ultimate targets.
Good luck!
I will put it on my next run of shirts. I am still looking for a good pump cover. Like the ones GASP uses. I reached out to them to see what brand of shirt they use, but they never responded. They may make them inhouse. I looked around, my shirts ladies looked around. If you find a good blank pump cover that doesn't break the bank, let me know. I will send you a shirt for free.If you got that on a black pump cover , i'll take a 2X .... Holy fuck that needs to be on some shit for sale dude
I live in my GASP pump covers, especially the Rentless heavy af ones in prep, and I live in hot af Florida, lol.I will put it on my next run of shirts. I am still looking for a good pump cover. Completely agree. All the motivational posts on IG & FB are just there as filler. I feel it is like taking a preworkout (which I do not), My motivation, dedication comes from within, not some words or product. I love training and that is all I need really. Just get in and get shit done. Thank you for the advice brother!!I have been down the path you're about to travel, more than some, less than other. I can give you my approach and mindset and maybe, just maybe you'll find it of some use.
Everyone is different but what I have learned in life is that people do things for one of two reasons: Inspiration or Desperation. They both work and are not exclusive of each other.
As for the little sayings that people tend to find useful, if it works, use it. For me, those inspirational FB posts or tweets do little for me. When you get knocked down, and you will, some little saying will not be the trigger to get you back up on your feet. What will have you stand again is you, so known you control every outcome, win lose or draw.
Decades ago, the Snake Pit was full of motivational sayings. They all came down and I put up one. That banner stares me in the face as soon as I walk in the gym. I also have the same one for my young men to see each time they leave the house because it not only applies to training, but to life also.
I will try, I suck at journaling, especially online. I don't have my program yet. My coach is Jose Raymond and I just let him know it's time to get my poop in a pile. I need to take pics and get him my updated info this weekend so we can get the plan together. I'm also looking at going up and training with him over a weekend in late March or April at Gymhub then possibly again closer to the Chicago Pro. Unless something happens, I plan on Chicago Pro then 2 weeks later, Tampa Pro, then Masters World Championships. Then depending on how I am feeling and look, the Hurricane Pro in St. Pete or Mexico Pro a week after the Olympia. I plan on going to the Olympia so that may be a dumb idea, lol.Are you going to post a log or prep journal? Please consider doing so.
