Mine:

Tub of fat free greek yogurt, with a quarter cup cinnamon almonds, sprinkled with cinnamon and a cup of berries. Its like concrete in my stomach.

If really hungry...before yogurt mix I will have a big bowl of romaine with balsalmic vin(sugar free/low fat)(two tablespoons of dressing is 40 kcal) with an ounce of shredded cracker barrel cheese.

Also works well:

Celery with 2 tablespoons of some low cal, no sugar dressing(sugar free ranch or vinegrette) with some hot sauce.

Part of the mental toughness the lifestyle requires is to eat tons of food you are not really hungry for.

Creativity with spices and all to jazz food up comes to you over time, LOL.

One thing I do is switch over to the chicken breast tenderloins. They have only .5g of fat per 4 oz, and 24g protein. They are a lot lower than a normal chicken breast, and obviously more tender.

As stated above, when I can have higher carbs, white and sweet potatoes, but when I can't, I use spaghetti squash and high fiber beans.
