I'll look but we have a home made frame that we load with weight plates just behind the lifter. Coach said to keep my chest pushed forward and lift up and back at the top so you're leaning back slightly (not hyperextended, just your body is leaning back slightly) at the finish.

My right shoulder has been sore and I have been rehabbing it for the past month. During the workout I really felt the burning pain at the bottom of the reps so I was pleasantly pleased when after the workout my shoulder felt the best it has for at least a month.
