SSB Hack Squats (coach rigged up a hack squat with some orange bands and some tie downs to keep you steady as you leaned back.

These were F***ing brutal. My thighs and lower back were on fire and I could barely walk for 15 minutes after!!!

Here are my latest stats:

I am 5'9"; 223 lbs (218 on my bathroom scale); 17% bf; 35.75" waist (and shrinking).

I am cutting to 200# or 10%bf whichever comes first, and expecting to get there around May 31.

Coach stood next to me on the last set and gave me three pointers that helped me get the 280# sand bag. If you look back you will see I failed to get the 220# sand bag just a couple weeks ago, so this was a huge (and almost unbelievable) improvement!
