Ok like I said earlier here is her transformation. Entire prep was about 8.5 months. We hired a coach coach a meal plan and workout plan. I did all the prepping for her which was rough since she doesn't like left overs. Cooked almost every night. Aside from normal supper she ran 30mg test p/week, 60mg NPP/week, 50mg var daily split am/pm, and 2iu hgh daily. I know the var dose is really high. It's where she felt the best. We started and worked up. She's 38 and knows her body better than anyone else and is aware of all the sides with all the gear.
Back story: she's had 3 knee surgeries. Didn't fix the issue so they tried a spinal cord stimulator. It's like a pace maker for your spine(pictured) . Sends electric shocks to make the brain think about something other than the pain. First one went bad so she had to have it taken out and a new one put in. So there was like almost 2 years she couldn't work out. They said she wouldn't be able to anymore. You cant tell her she can't do something cause she's a woman and doesn't listen. Almost everyone who has one of these is old and they aren't active. So she started slow and worked on her strength before we got a trainer. The rest is history and the future.
