Hey guys, I've been scarce on here for a while but will be back on a lot more to help hold myself accountable and log progress and shit. Started working with a trainer and if I decide to I might be about 19 weeks out from a show possibly if I'm good enough for it by then.

Here's my diet for now. Let me know what what y'all might think. I'll post training log too later.

M1 - 5 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, 80g oats, 120g blueberries.

M2 - 4 slices 100% whole wheat, 32g peanut butter, 30g sugar free jelly, 240ml unsweetened almond milk.

M3 - 180g chicken, 160g jasmine rice, 110g black beans. 1/2 small avacodo (60g)

M4 - 180g lean beef, 160g jasmine rice, 110g black beans, 14g cheese.

M5 - 180g chicken, 220g red potatoes, 1/2 avacodo (60g).

M6 - 1 scoop protein, 1 banana.

30 min fasted cardio every morning
20 min cardio post workout.

1 gallon of water per day at least. (I add bcaas + glutamine).
Multi V
Salt all foods.

Weight today 11/27/17 - 221.3

Body seems to have adjusted to the new diet. First couple of days gained a pound every day but staying steady now.

Going to be weighing only once a week now that the body has adjusted. Also upping the carbs a bit adding more food.
