For those on a CKD, this gem I just made. I just got some italian family recipes and I used it to spice up my meatloaf. I took out the carb heavy stuff and thought it would taste alright. I was wrong, it tastes amazing.
3 lbs of beef (I like the 80 lean)
3 eggs
2 cups of shredded spinached
6-8 oz of sliced mushrooms
2 table spoons of basil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire
4 sticks of mozzarella cheese chopped.
I cooked it at 400 until the cheese browned.
Please try and tell me what you think. I haven't put up the Macros on it; but I think the entire loaf has less the 20g of carbs.
