2 slices of wholewheat bread
2 whole eggs (med or large)
4 slices of deli ham (chicken, turkey, beef etc)
4 slices of full fat/low fat mature chedder or similar cheese.
Place the slices of bread under a medium/ hot grill and toast until one side is done, while the bread is toasted, poach/boil, fry the eggs to youre liking if you boil them you'll need to hard boil, then shell and slice so poaching/frying is easier/quicker), once one side of the bread is toasted top each slice with two slices of deli meat, then an egg, followed by two slices of cheese, pop back under the grill until the cheese has melted and the bread is toasted.
