Well, I got to feeling so good from the NPP that I pushed it too hard, after a great pec workout we were finishing up with some clapping pushups and on my 4th one I heard a ripping sound like jeans tearing and pain shot through my shoulder area so I jumped up grabbed my arm and said "we gotta leave".
This was 9 weeks ago, not surgically repairable as it tore on the inside rather than down the arm further.
This DID however give me a reason to stop the Var and Tren E for awhile, just ran ASpens and Black tops just gettig back to it now right pec looks bigger as it dropped substantially but when lightly flexing it my big cut only goes across left pec now so that is fucked.
Be careful guys as initially I thought I fucked my overhauled shoulder which has been 4 years in the recovery mode.
Going to get fresh blood work and then jump back on the Tren and var...lol fuck it gotta look good bros.
PS bathroom is in the end of a remodel for those scrutinizing pics.. haha

Hey LG, so sorry to hear this. And to injure after you did the heavy work... isn't that crazy how that goes sometimes. How are you feeling, now that it's been a couple months?

I did a minor tear in my left bicep years ago, and I baby'd it too much. Did absolutely no work on it for 6 weeks, and felt like it wasn't healing at all. Then got onto a bicep machine, and did reps with almost no weight just to get some blood flow to the area, and felt 50% better in just two weeks.

Obviously, listen to your doc, but if he's OK with very light work to get some blood flow in that pec area, you may want to consider that.

Sorry to hear when a serious brother goes down.

I was down this road about 11 years ago prepping for a meet. Took out something I crushed the week before for 5 reps and had set myself up for 6. Got 1 1/2 reps and a pop that even my spotter heard. Weight came down, bruised some ribs. Long story short, Got to my GP the next day, then the Ortho in a week, X-ray and MRI in the follow week and surgery the following week.

If you have any detailed questions, I'm here. When considering surgery, Doc told me without I should expect to lose 25% of my strength and they normally heal for the average guy with no notable lose of strength in their day-to-day. He also said most guys don't get it repaired at my age (47) but then again, he noted I'm not the average guy.

That sucks . Looks like youll bounce back. Glad its not a total tear . Ive been without a pec since 1999. Some like mine are not repairable . Give it time to heal before you hit it again. I know the feeling. get well bro.
