1 scoop fruit punch creatine
1/2-1 cup quick oats
1 cup frozen fruit
3 eggs
4 Tbsp milled flax seed
milk (whatever fits)

This bitch will get you BIG!!! Just make sure you have nothing to do the rest of the day... cuz you'll bloat like a beached whale on a hot summer day!

^^^ Regardless of the studies on this, many many champions of the sixties and seventies used raw eggs as a HUGE part of their diets. All of Gironda's students were forcefed raw eggs and cream throughout the day. While they may have gotten even better results by cooking the eggs, I think they did just fine

I think that's way too much to introduce to your system at one time, just in protein alone. 75gs of protein is a lot for your body to process in and of itself.
