Hey everyone,

Are you interested in finding out the amino acid profile of the food you eat and get suggestions of what to combine it with in order to make the protein complete?

Me and my brother have made an app that does exactly this, it's called PayLKtoAdvertise.

By inputting what you’ve eaten or plan to eat, the app analyzes the amino acid levels in your current or planned meals and provides suggestions on how to complement your diet to get high levels of complete protein and to meet your nutritional needs in the best possible way. We tried to make it as user friendly as possible.

The calculations are personalized based on factors such as weight, age, activity level, and more. You can choose from different kinds of diets, and any allergies are taken into account.

If this sounds good to you, you are welcome to try it out. The first week is free, after that $0.99 USD per month. The name of the app is PayLKtoAdvertise, as I wrote before. It is available on both App store and Google play.

Best regards Erik

Not my call but if you haven't you should ask the board Admin if it's ok to advertise. The app looks interesting but before spamming (not saying you are) but you've posted twice and both were promoting your paid app.

It's always courteous to clear with the boss first.

Not necessary. Just eat meat and don't be a pussy. If you consume 25 g of animal protein you will have all the amino acids present in sufficient enough quantity for muscle protein synthesis to occur.

If you get most of your protein from egg whites then add in some whey or a good EAA/BCAA drink, as contrary to popular belief, egg whites are not a complete protein.

Yeah, what he said. No need to see what aminos I get with delicious animal flesh.

GF, I just eat the whole egg. Yolks are the tastiest part and have tons of vitamins and minerals as well as a perfect amino complement.

Yep, I just add 2 whole eggs to my egg whites and call it good. Makes them taste better and covers everything else.

I agree with the rest of you. If you are trying to be a vegan this is handy. We all eat meat here and have no problem getting "complete proteins." Pretty sorry way to advertise. I think this is called SPAM.

Tell them about your vegan relative Jipped.
HAHA, My younger sis is vegan. She gets so tired going to the grocery store to buy Gluten free sour cream (even though there is no gluten in any sour cream) she has to take a nap after. Her arms have the strength of a new born babe. I am sure she struggles when holding up a smallish rainbow flag for more than 1-2 minutes at a LBGTQI+ parade.
I love it when she lectures me about how healthy veganism is, how cruel meat eating is and her health problems caused by veganism in the same sentence. Many/most of her problems can be directly attributed to deficiencies caused by a poor vegan diet. She is skinny fat with spindly arms and legs and a barrel shaped torso and has the cognitive capacity of a retarded baboon.

Dammit GF, you drew me offsides.

I hope to meet my other sister soon (maybe my mother as well) , my brother said she is cool as shit. She drives a lowered 1969 grand torino so she is either pure white trash or a classic car lover. Either way, better than being vegan.
