You can do whatever you like but if you start posting about calorie counting or macros at least 60-70% of the people on here will tell you that you are doing it wrong. (You know, because counting calories and macros requires a PHd)
A few years ago I literally posted every single thing I ate on this board and still was called a liar...lol Let me share some gems with you.

"You will die without carbs"

"You have to have fiber! Its an essential nutrient!" (Even though fiber is NOT a nutrient and certainly NOT essential)

"The only way to lose weight is a caloric deficit"

"There was a guy who lost weight eating twinkies"

"My buddy got ripped for his show by eating donuts and popeyes chicken"

There are like 2-3 regulars on this board who know fuckall about nutrition. About 95% parrot what they have been told in their nutrition class in college. Yes the above are real quotes from people on here who are giving nutritional advice.
Ok. We have the same personality, but I can't argue here because I'm in Pre School as far as this branch of Nutrition.

If chicken and cottage cheese are the only protein sources that you know, you have a long way to go.
I didn't say anything remotely close to that. There's tons of protein sources that shred my macro count. Having a couple of shakes is an easy way to get the Protein.
Dude, you are the one who said that you were under your carb goal, not me.
I didn't say anything remotely close to that either.

Nope , don't do it.

No one understands us as it is , don't isolate yourself or family by carrying a scale with you to holiday and family events.

You want to be part of the events not make them about you , it causes resentment and animosity.

At first it's "neat" after that ,, you are annoying.

Pick and choose your portion amounts but enjoy friends , family and the day. You can't get fat enjoying Christmas or Thanksgiving if the rest of the month you're point.
Don't listen to Yano. I do that shit all the time. I brought protein bars to a wedding. When I was approached about it, I told them I could have brought my regular meal, salmon and potatoes. They were happy I brought the protein bars. Haha. I am not alone though, my wife does the same.

In all seriousness, he is right. Unless bodybuilding is your life and make money doing this shit, you should eat with the family on those special occasions. What I tell my clients, reduced the calories the day before and after 20%. OR as we have made it kind of a tradition, we have a crazy fucking leg day on Thanksgiving and Christmas. The kind where you have to make the decision whether to turn left and go home or right and go to the ER when you are done. Then those calories are going to a good place.

I think your macros are just fine. You had some good suggestions on here. I am not against shakes, but prefer whole food sources as much as possible. Post workout, I typically will do a shake, banana and Gatorade though. If you trained hard enough, it should be difficult to eat for 2-3 hours post workout. If you are hungry post workout, you didn't train hard enough. Haha.

Salmon HAHAHA... That's firmly in the 99% of people don't like the smell even if they eat it themselves category.

When I said I don't have cravings, I completely forgot about Deviled Eggs and real Stuffing from the Bird cooked upside down. That's it though, everything else can be for everyone else. I could eat 24 Deviled Eggs every day. I would never get tired of them, ever. I won't eat any of the other sides though,

If someone around the table had a Tapped Keg between their Legs, that would be normal. it would be seen as "Conserving energy" by not having to walk to the Fridge to get a Bottle.

Well, it just zapped the rest of my comment, so I'll leave the rest for later.
