yep, down from 200 lbs to 165.
WOW 165#s I haven't weighed that since my first day at Great Lakes Naval Station for pre quals.............I was climbing and running and jumping like a MOFO I should have stopped growing at like 185 really for optimal performance in the long run.

I have a thin frame. I was 125# before I started training. Also I mostly do boxing, Jiu Jitsu and Muy Thai now. Isolation of stuff like biceps does not improve that at all. I pretty much just do legs, chest and back. No tri pulldowns or bicep curls ect.

Not THE biggest money-makers, but not too shabby either ... and widely considered the 2 top P4P Boxers in the world are Crawford @ 147 and Inoue @122.

Crawford conquered the world @140, then owned 147, including owning the then #2 guy there. Recently tested himself @154, got the win but may have discovered why there are bodyweight classes.

Meanwhile, Inoue has been marching up through several smaller weight classes ala' Manny Pacquiao, and is currently @122. Demolished his recent 122 opponent, but did suffer his own career-first knockdown in that fight. A possible hint his career is just a step behind Crawford's pursuit of bigger opponents and bigger money .........
