I have a thin frame. I was 125# before I started training. Also I mostly do boxing, Jiu Jitsu and Muy Thai now. Isolation of stuff like biceps does not improve that at all. I pretty much just do legs, chest and back. No tri pulldowns or bicep curls ect.WOW 165#s I haven't weighed that since my first day at Great Lakes Naval Station for pre quals.............I was climbing and running and jumping like a MOFO I should have stopped growing at like 185 really for optimal performance in the long run.
