Dec 14, 2014 This is my favorite recipe of the moment. Take two portobello mushrooms and add a 1/8 teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil to each (stem side up) place on baking tray and pop in the over for about 8-10 mins. Cook your chicken breast as preferred. Mushroom on the bottom, leaves, chicken breast, dressing, the other mushroom on the top. The mushrooms can be quite 'juicy' i recommend using a knife and fork, it tends to run down your arm if not!
