I think Lou has had a big drop off from what he looked like a couple years ago. That's not a very good pic either. I'm sure he could ramp it up if he wanted.

One thing with Lou is he still loves to train and has kept himself in great shape not like some of the other guys.boyer Coe trains hard and consistent also

When I was subscribing to MD Greg Valentino makes fun of Lou a lot. He's still in great shape at his age.

Yeah he looks good for 60 but its still weird not seeing Lou massive in a pic..his delts and arms look terrible in that pic..

Hopefully I'm still alive at 60, anything above and beyond that is a nice bonus.
