Thought I would also run my log here too.

I'm 40 years old 6'3" and currently 273lbs. I have been lifting on and off since 13 and played football through high school. I have never competed and never will. I like it just being a hobby but take it seriously. I have been on HRT for a little over 3 years. Dropped 40lbs. in 3 months after starting HRT and eating low carb.

This hairy ass fat boy isn't taking his shirt off for you homos so I guess this is my starting pic. :)

Here is the plan:

12-16 weeks
400mg Test Cyp
400mg Mast E
120mcg GHRP-6 before bed on weight lifting days
12.5mg Asin ED
250IU HCG 2x week
EC stack once to twice a day
Clen 3 weeks on 3 weeks off w/ a little benadryl
Kicked my Armour Thyroid(T4/T3) up 50%

I will also be taking 7500mcg of B12 SubQ split into 2 doses a week.

I have been cutting carbs down a little and staying between 2000 and 2500 calories a day. Cardio has been pretty good too. Last week I hit the bike 7 days and over 3-1/2 hours.

Weights are a 3 day split because I have limited time so I do what I can.

I started the cut about a month ago and with Thanksgiving I'm only down about 9lbs. I kicked the Test up last week and should have the Mast early next week.

I took a couple of months off so my strength is still coming back up. I hit 360x5 on PG deads this week. PR is 460x5.

Here is what I have done since Sunday:

Parallel Grip Deadlifts
Pulldowns-Supinated
DB Rows
Rack Pulls
Calf Raises
Cardio 51mins 139BPM Avg. 713Cals

Monday: 12/13
BB Flat Bench

Curls

Tuesday: 12/14
Cardio 35mins 128BPM Avg. 422Cals

Wednesday: 12/15
BB Seated Overhead Press
DB Side Lat Raises
DB Rear Lat Raises
Shrug Bar Shrugs
Incline DB Shrugs-Burn-out

Cardio 30mins 137BPM Avg. 411Cals

Routine, sups, cardio, training all look spot on. Question though, why no leg day? Or do you hate them like me, and figure cardio is the best for right now??...lol

Otherwise good luck, I think you'll do great on that routine

I'm a little limited on my legs because I workout in my basement. I do parallel grip deadlifts which is kind of a squat/deadlift combo and the rack pulls for my hamstrings. I don't have a leg extension or leg press machine. I have hurt my back over and over through the years doing squats so have stuck with the PGDL. I get just a couple inches from parallel with the PGDLs and I'm thinking about standing on something thick to get a little deeper.

Little cardio bunny the last couple of days. I'm feeling very pumped and strong. I have a nice recomp going on. The scale is slowly inching down but the Dockers I wear to work almost fall off without a belt. Good stuff. I don't know if it is the clen talking but I like it. I'm one week into Test at 400mg. I can't wait to add in 400mg Mast E next week.

Strength coming up and nice recomp happening. It is amazing how much of this is mental. I screwed up and loaded my flat bench weight on my inclines for my heaviest set. It is only 15lbs. more right now because my flat is lagging a little. I got all 8 target reps! I went to write it down and went oh shit! Then it was fuck yeah! :cool:

Can't wait for the Mast to show up early this week.
