LK's First Smoked Pork Shoulder

I'll upload pics later, was a weird cut for the shoulder as I had both bones off the joint. Put it in at 7:30am after a 20hour soak in an apple juice/kosher salt/brown sugar brine. Cooked it for 9+ hours, let it sit for 30 min, never really pulled apart, came off in chunks that I chopped, put on a Hawaiian role with some sauce and slaw and ate the hell out of.
