Lifting & Elbow Health

Had some really bad golfer’s elbow for while that occurred when doing chest movements.

For me it was caused by poor scapular rotation and needing to torque my arm to make up for the deficit

A good diagnostic test for that is to stand with your back against the wall and lift you arms up overhead and see if you can touch the wall with your thumbs without excess arching of your back.

If you can’t, or find it difficult, hit me up and I’ll share the rehab I had to do to get back to normal.
