Oh, man. I know what it's like to spoil everything. I also accidentally raised my blood pressure yearly because I drank caffeine pills. I didn't think that these blood-thinning pills could be contraindicated to me. Unfortunately, this increased my future life insurance payments. I insured my life about two years ago. I carefully read how much a 5 million dollar life insurance policy is and decided to insure my life for 5 million even though I was already 46 years old. Of course, I'm still paying it off. But I know that in the event of my death, my children and wife will receive the money I'd have earned for the rest of my life. So it's not so bad if you think about it. I hope you'll normalize your health and everything will be fine with your blood sugar and blood pressure.
