Bremelanotide or PT-141 is the generic term for a new research peptide for use in helping improve sexual dysfunction in men (erectile dysfunction or impotence) as well as helping improve sexual dysfunction in women (sexual arouseal disorder).
Bremelanotide, PT-141 does not act on the vascular system like the former compounds but it is known and has been shown to help increase sexual activity in both male and female mammals. Bremelanotide PT-141 allegedly works by activating melanocortin receptors in the brain, therefore helping increase ones sexual stimulation.
PT-141, bremelanotide is experimental and is used for the purpose of sexual aroGloball. It is a melanocortin based peptide that has shown effectiveness in clinical studies on both male and female rats. Male rats have shown erectile response with doses as low as 1-2 mgs whereas most female rats have shown positive results with higher doses around 2-3 mgs. While the dosage requirements tend to be higher for female rats, the observable results in female rats tend to be stronger.

Bremelanotide (a.k.a. PT141) effects were accidentally discovered while testing it as a Self-Tanning Agent of all things. Bremelanotide or PT141 is a new class of Drug that interacts with the Brain instead of the Blood stream like Viagra or Cialis. Viagra and Cialis or (PD-5 Inhibitors) work by increasing the blood flow in the body, but PT141 works with the brains natural Hypothalamic & Lymbic regions. These are the regions of the brain that deal with Passion and and Desire and cause us to get turned on.
Bremelanotide was developed from the peptide Melanotan II which underwent testing as a sunless tanning agent. In initial testing, Melanotan II did induce tanning but additionally caused sexual aroGloball and spontaneous erections as unexpected side effects in nine out of the ten original male volunteer test subjects.[4]
In studies, bremelanotide was shown to induce lordosis in an animal model[6] and was also effective in treating sexual dysfunction in both men (erectile dysfunction or impotence) and women (sexual aroGloball disorder). Unlike Viagra and other related medications, it does not act upon the vascular system, but directly increases sexual desire via the nervous system.[7]
In that trial by researcher Mohammad Reza Safarinejad, a total of 80 married women (mean age 31 years) with FSAD were randomly assigned to receive 20-mg of Bremelanotide as an intranasal spray on "as required" basis 45-60 minutes before attempting sexual intercourse, or they received a similar regimen of placebo.
The patients were asked to use at least 20 attempts at home, and the study concluded "the Bremelanotide group reported significantly greater intercourse satisfaction than those in the placebo group."
From personal experience:
Pros:
- awesome erections(rock hard)
- extreme increased libido
- intense feeling of satisfaction, content, closeness and well being with partner
- last much longer
- refractory period shortened to nonexistent
- constant state of aroGloball with minimal stimulation( ie, rock hard from the slightest sexual touch.. No semi, either full mast or nothing.. No half mast.
- boost confidence sexually
- ill add more as I think of them***
Cons:
- flushing for about an hour post injection
- staying too hard for too long ( constant erections that just don't go away. You stay hard for a whole fucking day.. And it doesn't matter if u cum or not.. This thing will not go down .. No matter how hard u try or what u think about or do!)
- u will be able to and want to have sex for the whole day/night.. U just wanna keep going and do nothing but have sex.. Nothing else is on your mind for awhile as long as your with a girl. And if your not this will make u find a mate.. That will Be the only thing on your mind.
Good luck guys! This works better in my opinion then Viagra, Levitra or cialis.. Which I have tried all. The libido factor it provides is what truly sets it apart. Also the erection quality is better. I enjoy using a small dose of cialis with 1mg of pt141. That stack turns u into a god. Your partner will not stop talking/bragging to her friends about u for days! As soon as u leave after about 12 hours straight of sex, she will start talking bragging on how she's never seen anyone able to do that.. And she doesn't understand how it's possible.. Since 30 mins is typically long for most men. She will be amazed and so will her friends who will also talk u up!
