250 is the stack on this machine. I thought I'd rep it out and see what I could get, followed by a backoff set to near failure. It's certainly cammed differently than the cybex machine.

Slept in. Had a hard time getting my calories in. Not very hungry. Used some 2% milk and two scoops of whey isolate, just to get to 2200, something I rarely need to do.

What are you eating for carbs?
Oatmeal
Or cream of rice
Blueberries
Raspberries
Hash browns at home
Corn, peas, or green beans for veggies
Bread or wraps
White potatoes
Protein bar carbs
Had Subway sub a few times

I'm done with my job for the season now, so my bread and wrap calories have fallen as I used to take 3 sandwiches or 3 wraps to work. My appetite seems to have fallen off a bit too.

I only asked, because you mentioned you had a hard time getting your calories in. Usually, carbs are the first reason and the first of those would be oatmeal followed by potatoes. If my guys and gals struggle getting food down, I cut out their oatmeal and replace it with rice. I rarely have them eating potatoes due to digestive issues and cream of wheat and rice can be problematic for those who run high hematocrit/hemoglobin/RBC. If they don't have issues with blood then cream of wheat is a good substitute for oatmeal.

Good to know. I have a decent size bag of white rice at home. I'm going to cook some up.

This might end up being a cut. I'm just not interested much in food right now. Not complaining! Just out of the ordinary for me. Is NPP or tbol known to suppress appetite?

Good work brother! I hate chest supported rows though. For the amount of weight I use to make it worth while, I cannot fucking breath. Haha.

If you are taking oral tbol, it can suppress your appetite. All orals will eventually. Sometimes we get away with using them when we are younger without much appetite suppression, but when we get older and struggle to put the same volume of food done already, orals can wreck some havoc. This is why I don't use them anymore, except the last 4 weeks of contest prep.

That's good to know. I also experienced a bit of heartburn last night for the first time since I started. I think I'm going to finish out the first 4 weeks with it, so I can experience the next 4 without it!

That is also likely the tbol. I have only experienced the heartburn from orals and tren. I can run the other 19 nors without the heartburn, but tren will hit me around week 5-6. Prilosec is the only thing that helps me.

That sounds like a night when I come home and eat a bowl of sherbet or some Halo Top ice cream.
