Hey everyone! I have been reading the articles and forums on this site here and there for a few months now and finally created an account.
When I got out of the Army, I was felt like I was missing something and tried finding it at the bottle of a bottle. I went from about 190 (Paratrooper fit) to 240 (how do I button my pants fit) within a year and a half. I started to see pictures of me and remembered what I once was. So I started going to the gym, first just to do light weight training but focusing on cardio to try and get back to where I was when I first came home.
Then it happened.... I started to see changes, and I started to get addicted to those changes.
I 'waddled' my ass into the gym February 2016 and haven't stopped going since. I made my way back down to 190 and didn't stop there. Last month I stepped on the electric body composition test located at my local supplement store: 176lbs and 14.3% body fat at 5'7".
Now my goal is to gradually increase my daily caloric intake and continue to lift hard. I want to be 200lbs and stay around 15% (give or take) by next summer.
ps I have no idea why but it keeps showing up as a security error when I try to embed the photos here and hopefully that works.
