But seriously in Covid times getting decent steaks here is not easy. Or cheap.

I have looked through my photos and I guess I deleted them. I’ve made some bad a$$ steaks. Usually either ribeye, porterhouse, or New York strip. Of course, nothing as fancy as LK’s, just good grill sear both sides, then quick oven at 400 for 5 ish mins for that perfect rare throughout.

Can't beat a ribeye with a ny strip but it's close second. Nothing fancy just season salt and A1.
