Hey. was wondering if someone could help me out. I wanted to order something this week but have been stuck between a few things. Has anyone heard or used anything from flexx labs? if so how were the results? I was thinking of getting the extreme stack from flexx labs and adding in Dianagen XX with it. Then I got stuck between cardarine wondering if it would work any better. My plan is to gain as much muscle mass as possible and basically get as big as I can without adding on a bunch of fat, I'd like to have my abs show and be a bit shredded. I'm 18 about 160lb been working out for about 2 years naturally but have really seen no results but some strength. Please help me out, it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Things to consider before starting a first Steroid cycle
Discipline and dedication are principles that you are going to have to master if you are serious about bodybuilding, being consistent with your diet and training will help you succeed in achieving your goals. Don't have tunnel vision in thinking you will only build muscle if your taking Steroids, below are some of the main principles you need to consider before taking any AAS

AGE
In humans your Endocrine system is not fully functional until an average age of 25yrs, although the main development is up to around 21yrs it still fluctuates a little bit up to its fully functional age. There is a risk of permanently damaging your HPTA if you take steroids too young and you could end up with symptoms of andropause and HRT for life. Symptoms could be Limp dick, low libido, depression, low energy, low endurance, erection problems and many more but.......are these the types of symptoms you want to have in your 20's?. Believe me its hard to cope with these in your 40's yet alone in your prime of your life.

Around this age your Testosterone levels are the highest they going to be in your life naturally, so use what you have and don't take the risk of damage, I am passionate about this because ive seen it many times with young kids wanting to look like their heroes and they think the answer is in an injection/tablet.

Taking steroids too young can also cause problems with development, one other main problem is premature sealing of your epiphyeal bone and the consequences mean that you wont grow as big as your genetics could allow you to, there is a test which can be done to see if your growth plates have sealed yet but the average age is around 21yrs old.

TRAINING
You need a few years of hard training under your belt before even considering taking any kind of anabolic support, people who jump on a steroid cycle to soon without having some quality years under their belt usually results in injuries, it takes time to develop your connective tissue, tendons and nervous system to heavy overload training. Slowly getting your own system use to these kinds of extreme's will only help in muscle growth later on when you do decide to start taking AAS.

Build a solid foundation for muscle tissue to grow and maintaining and development will be far greater than without it. Many younger guys will start cycling before they have reached their genetic potential which is crazy when a good solid diet and training program will be far beneficial and productive to muscle building.

Workouts should be mainly focused on basic movements with a priority of over loading the muscle each and ever time you train, increasing your strength and ability to lift in proper form will help with building the foundation for future development

DIET
A lot of younger bodybuilders don't know how to eat. Researching and understanding how your own body responds will help you get to your natural limit, the right food at the right time and a full understanding of proteins, carbs, and fats will only help you succeed in achieving your natural goals. Keeping a diet diary will also help you understand the importance of macro, nutrients, calories and should help you see in which areas you could be going wrong in adding lean muscle tissue.

No matter how much anabolic support you have it will be worthless without proper nutrition, food will help build and maintain your valued muscle weather its natural, cycling or in PCT. Adjusting your food intake and consuming muscle building foods coupled with a solid training program will help you achieve your natural limit and foundation before you start Steroid use.

This area is a huge problem with the younger guys and I can't express enough how important diet/food is when first starting out, post and pre training nutrition are very important and understanding how to load and feed the body will help push growth and create a very natural anabolic environment

Too young
Too small
Not enough experience.

I think your expectations of what you can accomplish even with steroids is plainly inaccurate. I would just get this idea out of your head.

At 18 there is no need for gear yet. You should have more GH and Test in youre system then half the people on this board. Just from nature.

Dial in your training and diet. Spend 2 or 3 years training then maybe.

Don't waste time on endless bicep curls and tricep kickbacks. Get a basic 5x5 routine to build strength and size and eat constantly.

Somethings wrong if you've been training for two yrs and haven't seen any results. You should have gained a good amount of muscle mass at that time-span especially at your age. My guess the problem is mainly diet, but could also be the type of training, training intensity and/or consistency. Get your priorities straight and decide whether you are going to gain mass or whether you're going to cut. Both aren't going to happen at the same time. My suggestion is to gain first because getting cut isn't much if you don't have any mass to show. What does your diet and training look like?

Wake up and eat, eat every 3 hours until you go to bed. Never and I repeat never miss a meal EVER! Train hard by going to failure using basic moves. Bench, squat, overhead press, dead lifts, pull-ups, calf raises, one arm dumbbell rows, dips.

Compound movements at your age are key to having the mature muscle mass you're seeking.

This is not a race and none of us 'got big' overnight with or without juice.

Right now I just started another training cycle to try and see if I get results from it. It's a full body workout 3 times a week consisting of medium and high intensity and then day 3 is high volume. Each day consists mainly of compound lifts, bench, deadlift, squats, presses. I've tried many different programs for good periods of time, I've done German volume training as well as a 5x5. I was working out about 5 times a week only doing one body part a day. I've perfected all my forms and have tried many different methods. The mass I've gained has been a small amount and not really anything to speak of or that really stands out. While doing German volume training I tried bulking and was on a mass gainer at the same time but also saw basically no weight gain at all. I've tried eating everything insight that was full of carbs, protein, and fats. I tried dirty bulking just out of curiosity and that really didn't help much. Right now my diet consists mainly of proteins, slow release carbs, certain fats.
My diet consists of
eggs
yogurt
potatoes
bananas/peanut butter
certain cereals
oatmeal
rice
protein powder
I usually don't have enough time to cook up chicken or beef all the time so I'm usually stuck to ham and occasionally processed meats
I don't eat any crappy junk foods like pop, chips, chocolate, or any candy. I stay away from sugar as much as I can.

Think about doing what I do, and cook enough chicken breast, lean beef patties, etc to last 4 or 5 days and refrigerate it. It's cheap and convenient. Make sure to wrap everything thoroughly in plastic wrap because it will dry out in the fridge.

ya, you need to get rid of the ham and processed meats. that one thing could be derailing your progress. check out the muscle on lions and all they eat eat is red bloody raw MEAT! also, to grow rest is as important as food and more than training. remember, youll spend about 6 hrs training a week and the rest is rest and food. i would recommend a m-w-f workout schedule. navychief posted some excellent info which gives you all the 'whys' of what we are all recommending. and we all know ansering the 'whys' for our younger generation is so important.
