Legs of course. I've recently decided to break them up into 3.
Quads, hams and calves get done on different days along with another body part. Just an experiment, we'll see if it works.

Biceps. One is torn and has been described as "looking like a snake digesting its prey". Yes, its pretty freaky but I just hate training biceps. Biceps are the most over trained muscle in most gyms. I have gone years without training biceps and my arms remain my most complemented body part.

Back... I used to love it, and I always feel good after but I just haven’t been loving deadlifts like I used to... probably just a funk I’m in but just haven’t been as into it as I’ve been in the past.

As skeptical as I was to try it, I stopped doing direct arm work for like a year and my biceps looked bigger and fuller during that time than they ever have. Go figure...

Quads calves and biceps, actually like squatting too which is the weird part.
I dont do direct calf work any longer, I have big ass calves and don't want them any bigger.
