As skeptical as I was to try it, I stopped doing direct arm work for like a year and my biceps looked bigger and fuller during that time than they ever have. Go figure...Biceps. One is torn and has been described as "looking like a snake digesting its prey". Yes, its pretty freaky but I just hate training biceps. Biceps are the most over trained muscle in most gyms. I have gone years without training biceps and my arms remain my most complemented body part.
