Lean muscle gains! what protein?

Hey guys, just a quick question.

should i just be taking WPI 3 times a day in between meals for lean muscle gain?

or WPC twice a day and WPI after training.

so pretty much i wanna know if WPI 3 times a day is suitable for lean muscle gains!!! :D

For me, NOTHING replaces whole foods as a way to put on any kind of lean muscle.

I myself take 3 protein shakes a day in addition to 5 solid food meals. Some at Breakfast, Before training and after, then a slow release before bed. However, nothing replaces solid food and lots of it. Milk is a great way to also get additional protein at every meal.

ALSO, even if you are using this between your meals, those snacks should be around the same caloric ratio as your meals. Get at least your body weight in protein every day.

Yer my meals (whole foods) come first, but in terms of which protien would be better for lean muscle gains have 3 times daily WPI or WPC ?

hugerobb - ill look into the beef tabs, thanks for that!

WPI hands down, there is a reason it is more expensive. concentrate is garbage.

WPI or Hydrolyzed Whey.....anything else is pooooooooo...............unless its by Muscletech and then it's the shit......it's what Cutler uses! 15lbs of muscle in 35 minutes****

I usually Drink 3 shakes a day..50 grams of WPI mixes with 8oz of milk and 8oz of water half a scoop of powdered gatorade...on top of 4 meals a day... kudos on the beef tabs ..where can i find those ?
