It's really a hot topic, have to love spending the taxpayer money on it time and time again. It does sound like useless legislation to me though, something almost impossible to prove.

Good thing there is nothing important for our legislators to be concerned with and they can spend time on big deal non binding resolutions...

Why cant people just live and let live. Why cant people just leave other people alone who are not doing anything against them. It seems there is no shortage of people out there who want to pass rules and run everybody else's life.

New World Record for sleazy ass politician. It's like we see everybody reluctantly accepts recs use and collateral crimes like driveby's, but a good steroids bust headline sells newspapers or gets views on tv or website. Same with this shit, we are all getting used to politicians' raping our wallets and being hugely ineffective at doing their jobs, but vote-getting headlines will follow anything to do with steroids.

Damn Jose Canseco and that tell-all book he wrote that got the ball rolling on MLB, other sports, and grassroots users in general.

Why dont he propose that we ban Tour de france too.
we know how many of those guys used PEDs.

What about banning reggae music.
Those guys use recreational drugs all the time.

What about banning competitive eating while we are at it.
It promotes obesity.
