Laura Phelps-Sweatt (181) competed at the SPF Bench Nationals on Saturday February 4th in Cincinnati, Ohio. She broke her current (515lb @ 181) world record bench by benching 540lbs!

It's easier when seated than when standing and not rocking. None the less it's impressive. If you like to see feats like that you should check out Oly lifters. They can do some crazy box jumps like 40+ inches backwards without looking back, ec.
