I'm feeling like at this point that Anadrol is like Tren for me. While the lower doses of Anadrol do provide some benefit (low dose Tren didn't do jack shit but sides, though), I think it would be better to just take normal doses and get the full benefit because the sides suck all the same. If I'm going to endure them, I may as well get maximum benefit. Raises my baseline for anxiety considerably, makes my appetite totally unpredictable and uncontrollable at times, and the water retention is ridiculous. Plus I think I'm hitting that "fatigue" stage that some reference. Not sure how anyone could take this crap long-term honestly. Isn't it prescribed for some people for anemia?

Anyway, I'm out. Today was my last dose of it, in spite of next week still having three more days to finish out this workout cycle... and two of those are going for 2RM's. I'm ready to feel some calmness again and shed this fuckin' water.

So far, I'd have to say Anavar is my favorite oral. Much more tolerable and gives a good enough edge. None of this harshness.

Yea, the Anadrol no doubt has contributed to a significant amount of water bloat, too. My best improvements with Pull-Ups come from losing weight, and I can tell the extra water has affected them.

Right now, I don't have a protocol for addressing RBC's. Over six months ago, I regularly donated blood for years, which also coincides with my shitty iron/ferritin and blood chemistry. That was my theory as well, and since stopping, things have improved. It seems a very slow process recovering from low iron.

I have tried Citrus Bergamot, and this is going to sound crazy. But it causes major heart palpitations for me every time I take it. Not just one or two but back-to-back. They are very annoying because I can feel them prominently when they happen, and it lasts for hours. I am not sure if it was contaminated with something or not. There weren't many sources at the time, and I settled (unwillingly) on Double Wood, which is relatively new in the past five years or so. All they do is source from overseas and rebrand.

I've never noticed much from Nattokinase, but it doesn't cause problems so I think I will resume it at a higher dose.

I've never heard of taking Telmisartan for RBC's. I had a large stock of it and gave it away.

Vitamin C is an easy one. I used to take it (Ester-C) daily but dropped it.
Victor Black talked about Telmirsartan for erythrocytosis. The two people at the gym that use it with HRT for BP did not see an effect. They still had to donate at the same frequency. One had their ALT go from the 30's to the 70's on Telmirsartan that normalized when they switched to an ACEi.

Agree on the var, good for old guys esp post surgery recovery. 10 mg still works fine for me and is enough for anti-aging touch up to HRT a couple times a year.
