Here are the two most popular answers I found:

A - So many people do it without even knowing what it means, people do this to be gangster and it usually offends a lot of people because (no offense to anyone don't take this the wrong way) it seems like your a wigger, and that bothers people, in other words your a poser trying to act like your black, sorry i had to put it like that, but that's what it really is.

B - It means northside, it has nothing to do with peace. But 95% of the people who use it have no clue what it even means and are trying to be cool.

C - I was smashed and with my friends and taking some pictures. So I guess this automatically makes me a wigger...or a poser....or some other undesireable.

Funny thing is I just tossed this up for my buddy Get Some to see for what I figured would be a few minutes, and apparently it has drawn a ridiculous amount of criticism. I'll keep my posting to a minimum.
