I gave a bottle of synthergine a shot after my last liver values came back. One bottle, 2.5ml twice per day for my 300lbs and values dropped one way more than the other, but they both still dropped.
AST 90 down to 72
ALT 133 down to 81

Nothing else was taken, nothing else was changed!
