I tried wrapping to the outside yesterday and what a difference! My knees felt like steel and zero pain or swelling today. It seemed easier and more comfortable to really wrench them down. Haven't gone for pr in quite a bit and i feel I'm ready. I feel the most confident I ever have with my squatting! Gotten the walkout down, hitting full depth and form has been tight. Going to get a attempt in before Christmas. After that I'll have a belt and begin learning to squat with that.
